Shipping Policy:
Shipping by GENIKI TAHIDROMIKI
The shipments are made the same or the next working day after the confirmation of your order with the courier company Geniki Tahidromiki.
The shipping cost is at :
2.00 euro (for the area of Attica)
3.00 euro (for the rest of Greece)
For orders over 50 euros the shipping is Free for all over Greece
According to the new shipping policy of Geniki Tahidromiki and due to the extremely increased delivery costs during the summer period, for the destinations of Zakynthos, Corfu, Lefkada, Mykonos, Rhodes, Santorini, for the period from 17/06/24 to 15/10/24 deliveries will be made only by the local service points of the company.
In case you wish delivery at your place an additional handling fee of 5€ per shipment will be charged which will be applied upon request with our store.
Inaccessible / remote areas (according to the official list of Geniki Tahidromiki) are excluded and the shipment is made by arrangement with the customer.
Payment methods:
- Cash on delivery (cost 2.50 euro)
- By bank deposit (Alpha Bank & Piraeus Bank). The deposit can be made within 3 working days of the order. If payment is not completed within this period the order is cancelled.
In addition it is necessary to include your name in the deposit justification in order to have your order sent.
If there are any transaction costs, they are borne by the ordering party.
- By credit/debit card. If you have a Mastercard or Visa credit/debit card, you can use it through the order form on the giorgiohatter.gr website. In order to ensure the absolute security of electronic transactions by credit card, the transactions are made through Piraeus Bank's security system, which is based on the international company for the protection of transactions (GLOBE SSL), which supports a secure transaction environment.

NOTE :
In case the company decides/announces for free shipping, remote / inaccessible areas (according to the official list of Geniki Tahidromiki) are excluded. So, if you are in a remote/inaccessible area, the free shipping will be applied to the nearest central store of GENIKI TAHIDROMIKI in your area.

SHIPMENT IN CYPRUS
Shipments are made within 3-5 days from the confirmation of your order by Courrier Geniki Tahidromiki.
The shipping cost is at:
10 euros for parcels up to 2 kg
15 euros for parcels of 2 kg and more
The higher charges also apply to inaccessible/remote destinations.

FREE CHANGES FOR ALL OVER GREECE
You can change the product you received for a different size, color or design within 14 days of receiving your original order, with our partner courier company ( Geniki Tahidromiki ).
The return process is simple and can be done by calling 210-3214510 or via e-mail at [email protected] .
For orders within Greece the shipping of products to us for exchange is Free and you bear the cost of shipping the new product which is 4.5 euros for within Attica and 5.5 euros for outside Attica.
In case the customer for personal reasons wants to return the product, without making a replacement, the return costs will be charged (see withdrawal).
*In the case of a second exchange the transportation costs are borne by the customer.
** For Exchanges in Cyprus and Abroad the shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Return conditions:
1. The product must not have been used.
2. The return must be made within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date the order was received.
3. The product must necessarily be accompanied by proof of purchase (retail receipt, invoice) & be in the condition received by the customer, complete and undamaged, no special markings have been removed (e.g. protectors, tags, labels) and the packaging is the one that normally accompanies the product.
WITHDRAWAL :
You have the right to return the product you have purchased within 14 days from the receiving of the product, exercising the right of withdrawal and - only if the product has not been used - to request a refund of the price you have paid. Shipping costs are borne by the customer & must be paid directly by you to the courier.
In case the payment of the order has been made through Cash on Delivery, the additional amount charged for the order with the above payment method is not refunded, as well as in the case that shipping costs have been charged (for customers in Cyprus and other countries) the amount charged for the order is not refundable.
Withdrawal return procedure :
In case of withdrawal you send back the parcel with any courier you wish ( excluding EL.TA ) to our headquarters , with your own charge of shipping costs * .
The procedure of withdrawal is simple and is done by calling 210-3214510 or via e-mail at [email protected]. in which you must indicate, if you have paid by cash on delivery or deposit, the Iban account you wish for the money to be returned, the name of the bank and the beneficiary (preferably Piraeus Bank or Alpha Bank with which we cooperate).
In any other case the amount will be returned to the credit card from which the original purchase was made.
*In case the return is due to a company error (manufacturing defect of the product, wrong product shipment) the company will bear the return costs.
Please do not send the products by post (ELTA) as they are not delivered to our headquarters & the process is delayed.

Note that :
The products arrive at our company at your own risk, so you should make sure that they are packed correctly and cannot be damaged on the way!
All goods will be inspected upon return to the company.
In the event that an item is returned in an unsuitable condition, we will have to send it back to you.
In the event that an item is returned with a courier we do not work with and charge us, we will have to send it back to you.
The company accepts no responsibility for any products returned to us by mistake.
We recommend that you keep the proof & tracking number of the courier until the return process is completed.
The company is required to refund to the consumer, as soon as possible and no later than thirty (30) calendar days, the amount owed to the customer. The time limit begins on the day the company receives the withdrawal statement.
