"Giorgio Hatter" is a family business with a history of over 50 years in the hat business. Its beginning was marked by the opening of a hat shop in Kalamata pre-war by grandfather Georgios Polychronopoulos, whose main activity was the manufacture of school hats. His son, Elias Polychronopoulos, opened the shop in the historic centre of Athens in 1978, continuing and developing the method of hat construction while at the same time starting the importation from various European countries. Today, the third generation, George and Vasiliki, take the reins, following the family tradition and experience at the same time with the new trends that prevail and promoting new ideas.
